Bigfork cagers sweep Eureka

BIGFORK - Christian Ker led a balanced attack with 23 points and 12 rebounds as Bigfork rolled past Eureka 81-40 on Friday in District 7B boys basketball play.

Bigfork (9-4 overall, 6-0 league) put the game away with a 30-point second quarter. That had the Vikings in front 43-16 at the half.

Kyle Hauns led Bigfork in rebounding with 13.

Carter Sorensen, 14 points, and Ker both finished with four steals. Sorensen also had three blocks.

Ian Lorang and Evan Jordt, 11 points, had three assists each.

Travis Knoll finished with 10 points.

Tanner Blankers and Bryton Guckenberg finished with 14 and 10 points, respectively, for Eureka.

EUREKA - Mallery Knoll scored 24 points and Caitlin Charlebois added 11 as Bigfork whipped Eureka in a District 7B contest.

Bigfork, up 20-5 after eight minutes of play, led 36-16 at the half.

Cassidy Morgan had a double-double for Eureka with 13 points and 13 rebounds.
