A balding man in his early 20s was spotted peering through binoculars at a caller's young daughter.

An Eighth Street West resident says people are after his medication.

Windows were broken out of a vehicle in a bar parking lot.

Motorcycle riders weren't injured in an accident on Seventh Street West. Both men later were arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, however.

On First Avenue East-North, a woman asked an officer to investigate the source of the running water she has heard in her home all week.

The unknown substance tossed on a car on First Avenue East appeared to be flour.

A CD player and satellite radio were among the items taken from a vehicle left unlocked on Hawthorne Drive. The thieves also did about $300 in damage to the dashboard.

Police arrested a man for family member assault after he allegedly hit his daughter and niece.

Officers received 71 calls for service between 2:30 p.m. Friday and 2:30 p.m. Saturday.
