A 911 hang up call at 5:35 a.m. from Ridgeview Drive turned out be a resident trying to program a new phone.

Officers were called to Meridian Road where the resident noticed two expensive dolls missing. They were described as antique, porcelain dolls.

An unruly 20-year-old man got arrested at the emergency room Tuesday night. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, disorderly conduct and possession of alcohol.

A resident on 14th Street East complained that a white Pontiac was circling around the neighborhood. An extra patrol was assigned.

A bag of tools rescued from Northwest Lane Monday was turned into police.
