Wilma A. Speer, 84

Wilma A. Speer, 84, passed away Wednesday, March I, 2006, at Kalispell Regional Medical Center in Kalispell.

Wilma was born Sept. 19, 1921, in Kalispell, to John and Harriet (Wagner) Jensen. Wilma was a graduate of Columbia Falls High School and was raised in the Flathead Valley.

Primarily a homemaker, Wilma enjoyed games and cards, sewing, reading, huckleberry picking, cutting wood, fishing, and especially her children.

Wilma was preceded in death by her husband, Alvin, and her parents.

Wilma is survived by her son, Ronald and wife, Darlene, of Columbia Falls; sisters, Veda Anders and Lola Jensen; a brother, Paul Jensen; grandchildren, Clint A. and Cory T. Speer; great-grandchildren, Morgan, Josie and Andrew; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation for Wilma will be from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. Monday, March 6, at Buffalo Hill Funeral Home.

Graveside services will be held 2 p.m. Monday, March 6, at Fairview Cemetery with Pastor Ron Pierce officiating.

The family requests memorial contributions be made in Wilma's name to Shriners Hospital for Crippled Children or to the St. Jude's Foundation.
