"X" marked the cat on Goodrich Road, where a resident reported an odd incident to the Flathead County Sheriff's Office. A woman said her cat returned home with a shaved belly, marked with a black X. She thinks the same thing happened to her sister's cat a year ago.

Domestic problems were reported on Montana 206 and Coram Stage Road.

Three men bothered customers Wednesday at Super 1 Foods. Five men bothered each other in a fight on the Rails to Trails path. Three young men heard from a deputy after a neighbor complained that they were shooting unsafely and leaving trash on Farm to Market Road.

A fence post came down in a neighbor dispute at Haywire Gulch.

Deputies went to Eastman Drive after a 911 hang-up call. They found four children who had a disagreement and heard a story about a boy throwing the phone and it dialing 911.

A truck reportedly towed a trailer without tires on Montana 35, damaging the road. Vehicles and mailboxes took a beating from vandals.

A divorcing couple's dispute rekindled for the second time in two days on Hodgson Road.

A party closed for the night after a noise complaint at 1 a.m. on Poplar Drive. It was at 4 a.m. when people got stuck off-roading near Seville Lane and yelled at a resident to help them. They left before a deputy arrived.

It's a dark gray or black Honda with a spoiler that keeps swerving at a bicycle rider on North Somers Road.

There was a report of 20 to 30 dogs and 30 to 40 cats sharing space with people in a camper at Haywire Gulch.

A stranger appeared at a home on Columbia Falls Stage Road, asking odd questions of a resident. He left before the foundation of a good parable could be laid.

A sexual assault was reported in Martin City.
