Kalispell police took a report of an usual twist on e-mails announcing bogus prizes. This one told the recipient she won a prize in England and if she doesn't claim it, she will be charged a fee.

A disturbance at Brice Apartments was audible from the street Thursday afternoon. The couple involved decided to separate, although the man reportedly returned a short time later. He left again before an officer arrived.

A man was arrested for DUI on Third Avenue East. The Finish Line bar asked for help removing an unwelcome man; an officer found the man is wanted on warrants and removed him all the way to the jail.

On North Meridian Road, a man said his girlfriend has been writing checks on his account.

An ambulance was needed at the Eagle's lounge after a fight Thursday night.

A vehicle and a child collided in the Albertsons parking lot Thursday evening.
