Kalispell Police

Kalispell Police were called, but no one was hurt in an accident involving a school bus on East Idaho Street. A semi truck carrying rock didn't make it around Courthouse Loop on Main Street with its load intact. Traffic was stopped for more than an hour while the rocky road was cleared.

A suspicious note was reported at the high school.

A business suspects an internal theft is going on.

An officer counseled residents on Rising Sun Circle, where door-pounding and threats were reported.

A parent reported that boys dragged another boy through an alley and then tied him to a pole.

If you park in the emergency-vehicle lane in front of Edgerton School, you too, might get a ticket.

It's not a good sign when there's a noise, a flash, and two boys running away. That's what happened on Second Avenue West.

A Coke machine at a business on North Meridian Road was wrestled to the ground and emptied of its money. A Pepsi machine was also mugged on Eighth Avenue West.

A bank reported a woman trying to cash a check from an account belonging to a customer there.

Propane tanks found at the intersection of Main and Idaho streets were moved out of the way of traffic. The owner came back to pick them up.
