| August 16, 2006 1:00 AM

Marrion "Terri" Larson died Wednesday, Dec. 28, 2005, in Missoula. She was 63.

Relatives and friends are invited to meet for a graveside burial at 4 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 19, at Lone Pine Cemetery. The Rev. Miles Finch will be the celebrant. The family wishes to extend a heartfelt thank you to the nurses and staff of St. Patrick Hospital.

Terri was adopted Jan. 6, 1942, in Bigfork, by Evelyn E. and Claude W. Schandelmier.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her daughter, Marci.

She leaves her eldest son, Randy Walter; her son, Justin Larson, and his wife, Sandra; she also leaves a daughter, Lori Walter. Terri leaves the grandchildren she so dearly cherished, Chance, Steven, Stacey, Casey and Alexis. She also leaves her sister, Kathy Eslick of Bigfork; many nieces and nephews; dear friends, the Rev. Miles and Karen Finch; and her "angel on earth" Margit Groessler, registered nurse.

In her early years, Terri celebrated life in the wondrous beauty of her family's farm on Flathead Lake and found great joy working alongside her father. Her care for detail and exquisite handicraft was realized in her knitting and sewing. Every grandchild has begun life with blankets and bundling lovingly made by Terri. A woman of immense strength and loyalty, she lived for her children, and theirs.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that those who smoke find the strength and support to quit.
