Kalispell police

Kalispell police arrested a woman at a domestic disturbance on Fifth Avenue West Thursday. She was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, obstructing an officer, assault, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and on a warrant. While in police custody, she allegedly spat on an officer, adding a charge of assault with a bodily fluid to the list.

Paint balls were used to vandalize nine homes on Palmer Drive, Thomas Printing, Corral West Ranchwear, and several other structures. "Egor" was spray painted on a highway sign at Main and Idaho streets.

Police took two more complaints about youths on Salem Street causing havoc on a golf cart, teeing off neighbors who said their lawns are being damaged. This time, an officer caught up with the youths, sent them home, and told them to have their parents call.

It was low fog, not smoke that clouded the air on Fourth Avenue East, and the fire department got a reprieve.

A man who drove his vehicle over an embankment at South Woodland Avenue and 10th Street East wasn't there when officers arrived. The truck was towed back onto the road; the driver was located and was charged with his second DUI.

A woman on Conway Drive was charged with possession of drugs.

People involved in a fight at Fatt Boys were escorted off the property.

A purse was stolen at Fatt Boys. Prescription drugs are missing on Fourth Avenue West.

A man who was afraid some stray geese would be hit by cars penned them up in his yard on College Avenue.
