A stray billy goat reportedly approached someone while out for a stroll. The person reportedly tied a rope around the goat and waited for the owner to claim it.

A man reported his car stolen from a bar in Evergreen and called to follow up on the report with the Flathead County Sheriff’s Office. The man then allegedly went on a “rant” to dispatch, accusing police of not doing their jobs. A woman later reportedly found the allegedly stolen vehicle parked in a residential area off U.S. 93 and told officers she was blocking it in with her vehicle until officers arrived.

Someone reportedly stole a woman’s purse out of her unlocked vehicle.

A man reportedly found his vehicle’s back window shattered and believed some kids from his neighborhood shot it out with a BB gun.

A woman reported a male for suspected drug activity after the man reportedly got angry and started yelling at the woman for getting too close to his truck. The woman stated she was on Cougar Trail playing ball with her dog when the man allegedly approached, acting “irate and irrational.”

A German shepherd mix was found on Peaceful Drive in Bigfork and taken to the county animal shelter.

A Great Pyrenees dog was on Dawson Trail and taken to the county animal shelter.

According to a Whitefish Police report, a nurse reported being assaulted by an elderly patient who allegedly hit her with his walker.

A man was cited for allegedly skateboarding in downtown Whitefish.

A group of teens were reported for allegedly drinking alcohol in a park.
