Train passenger rummages and runs

According to the Whitefish Police Department, a train passenger was trespassed after he reportedly took other passengers’ bags and spread their items all over, including the bathroom floor. Then he jumped off the train. None of the passengers wanted to press charges.

The victim of a hit-and-run earlier in the week said he spotted the car that did it.

A group of snowboarders did damage to a rail in the city. The subjects agreed to pay for damage.

A man who failed to register as a sex or violent offender was spotted drinking at a local establishment.

A man walking down the street started screaming and swearing at a woman on her porch.

According to the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office, a man who was struck by a vehicle was transported to the hospital.

A single-vehicle rollover happened on Mahoney Road. There were no injuries reported.

Someone’s tires were slashed while they were at a fast food restaurant.

A man said his son who was released from the hospital earlier was passed out drunk and needed to go back to the hospital.

According to the Columbia Falls Police Department, two neighbors got into an altercation over parking spots.

Somebody called in with information about a person who they thought was always driving drunk without a license and possibly had warrants.

According to the Flathead County Sheriff’s Office a Pomeranian had to be euthanized after it was attacked by a pitbull. The victim dog’s owner didn’t know who owned the pitbull.

A caller wanted to talk to the sheriff about a fire pit being taken from their yard.

Stolen mail was found and returned to the post office.

A woman said she left the license plates on a camper she sold and she was receiving toll fees from Colorado.

A resident heard a loud explosion coming from inside the house, but didn’t know where it came from.

A caller said they heard a child scream and they drove around the area but couldn’t see anything.

A passerby noticed a man sleeping on the side of the road near a bridge, and was worried he was going to get hit by a vehicle.
