A caller told a woman who was running a loop in a park to put a leash on her two dogs. She told her twice, she said, but the woman refused to leash her dogs.

According to the Columbia Falls Police Department, a caller reported seeing subjects who coming into a store and took off in a taxi, leaving their vehicle behind. The caller was worried they were dumping the vehicle.
