The applicant proposes to construct duplexes on each lot which are designed with wet flood proofed crawl spaces with FEMA approved flood vents and flood proofed electrical and heating systems within the Zone AE Floodplain of the Flathead River. The project is located at 690, 698, 704, and 710 Swan Mountain Village in Kalispell and can legally be described as Units 30, 31, 32, and 33 in the Swan Mountain Village manufactured home park townhouses in Section 3, Township 28 North, Range 21 West, P.M.M., Flathead County, Montana.
