In order to ensure objection resolution discussions are transparent, resolution meetings are open to observation by the public. In addition, individuals who have previously submitted substantive formal comments, and who request and are granted recognition as interested persons may participate in the objection resolution discussions with the objectors and the Reviewing Officials.
