No. 24808 INVITATION FOR BIDS The City of Kalispell, Montana will receive sealed bids for a Used Asphalt Paver to meet or exceed the minimum specifications on file in the office of the Department of Public Works, City Hall, Kalispell, Montana. Any such bank instrument shall be payable to the City of Kalispell. If a contract is awarded, the bidder whose bond is accepted and who shall thereafter refuse to enter into and execute the proposed contract, or as stated in the covenant, shall absolutely forfeit such moneys or bank instruments to the City, and become immediately liable on said bid bond in said sum. The money, bank instrument or bid bond shall be returned to the unsuccessful bidders. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled time of receiving bids without the consent of the City Council. The Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any technicality or informality and accept any bid which may be deemed in the best interest of the City. No. 24801 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS DRAINAGE CLEANING AND CAMERA SERVICES CS&KT ROADS PROGRAM The Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribe's Roads Program invites interested Storm Drainage Cleaning Contractors to submit proposals for the cleaning of storm drainage features such as drop inlets, dry wells, and culverts with a sewer rodder/vacuum truck combination and provide camera inspection of pipes on the Flathead Reservation. No. 24804 The Department of Natural Resources and Conservation has received an initial proposal for a model airfield to be established on trust lands adjacent to the Montana Veterans Home (MVH) on the outskirts of Columbia Falls, MT (Section 18, Township 32 North, Range 20 West). The proponent is proposing to level a 60 by 800 foot runway on the southern end of the hayfield West of the MVH. There would also be a parking area and portable toilets established.
