Law roundup: Scream loudly and carry a big stick

Flathead County Sheriff’s Office alleging their daughter was outside screaming and trying to break thier window with a very large stick.

A nude man was allegedly seen with a woman in a vehicle with towels covering the windows in Bigfork. Someone complained that the homeless man was becoming “a frequent problem” in the neighborhood claiming he had a history of peeping into windows.

A man in a truck reportedly threatened someone in Bigfork by saying, “Don’t make me (expletive) you up,” and then tried to fake them out, making them flinch.

A vehicle that had pulled over with its flashers one allegedly got back on the road with a door halfway open and began weaving all over the road and kept speeding up then slowing down heading south on Montana 35.

A black dog with a white stripe on its chest was reportedly chained outside for days without food and water in Columbia Falls. The person calling in the report alleged the dog would also be left inside a vehicle.

A woman’s roommate’s mother was purportedly harassing her and threatening to come to the West Glacier location with her husband. The woman said it was an ongoing issue and in the past, the mother had chased and screamed at her in the past when she was a minor.

A truck reportedly driving under the speed limit passed over the double yellow line almost hitting oncoming traffic in Kila.

Kalispell Police Department received a report of a man in his 40s or 50s taking his clothes off and throwing himself on the ground.

Store security asked officers to check on the welfare of a 10- or 12-year-old who came into the grocery store to get warm and then headed toward the library on a school day.
