Law roundup: Clash of the coworkers

A man following up on a reckless driving complaint in Columbia Falls told the Flathead County Sheriff’s Office it should be changed to a harassment complaint after hearing from colleagues that it was an ex-coworker who allegedly drove by his house yelling because he was angry over being fired for drawing swastikas “all over.” He told deputies that another colleague reportedly called the ex-coworker who denied the drive-by, but said the man was “lucky all four of his tires weren’t slashed.”

An Olney caller vented that he was “about ready to snap,” from the noise of neighbors running tractors. 

An alleged crazy driver was following someone who prudently pulled over so he could go around them, however, he took this as an invitation to explore the extent of his road rage and also pulled over, got out and punched a window on the other vehicle.

An extra patrol was requested by a Bigfork church when neighbors reported that people were partying in the parking lot.

A woman calling from Bigfork was frightened when she reportedly saw a bear out her window.

A woman allegedly used pepper spray on her husband and locked him out in Kalispell. He left. Two large white dogs were reportedly tied to a pole by their leashes. After about four hours someone called deputies to report they had been abandoned.

A man was heard yelling, “Quit it,” and a woman crying in the background of a phone call to deputies from Lakeside where someone was punched in the head and refusing to separate themselves from the individual.

A watchful neighbor reportedly yelled at an individual to move on after seeing them peeping into a neighbor’s window and requested extra patrol in the Kalispell neighborhood.
